      *New* Astro-Bunny Space Center Aliens not included lol :p
      *Warning* to make lot fully functional (Using Spaceship) A few steps have to be take first. Here is a guide to help.
      First you must edit the lot to residential, then purchase the lot and build the spaceship (upgrade it how you want). Then move out and change the lot back to generic. I hope you all have fun. :)

      Olympian Physique This is my take on Olympian Physique that was created in The Sims 3 by The store team.

      Your Tugboat Coffee Bar build looks great! :) The boat themed exterior of it is very creative and looks great! The mast section on the roof of the boat looks great! It looks very nice how you have used the curved fencing to create the look of a ship. The enlarged toy ships on the pedestals at the front of the build look great! It looks nice how you have placed the awnings over the front and back doors. Very nice back patio area. Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine at the tables seats there, enjoying a cup of coffee. Nice shade of red that you have used for the exterior of the boat building. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! It looks great how you have set up the counters with the coffee machines, as well as having a bar for sims to buy other drinks from. The toy ship on the counter is a nice touch. Nice type of seats that you have placed for sims to enjoy sitting on and having a drink.
      Each of your sims that you have created look great! :) Very nice simversions of the scooby doo characters! You have reflected them well in simform!

      That tugboat bar is so amazing. I've been looking for bars and nightclubs but there doesn't seem to be many out right now.

      A bit off topic, but are there NPCs who work coffee machines in lots marked as bars/nightclubs/lounges/etc?

      Thank you, as far as I know they do don't fill up the coffee machines, but no worries, I find other npc sims visiting fill it up. I have seen bartenders clean it out though.

      I love all your builds, they all look great with a very unique design style! In particular, your latest lot the Tugboat cafe looks great, I love the idea of it and the inside is very realistically made, and looks amazing!

      The Astro Bunny Space Center is great! :) Very creatively done! The large astronaut statue outside the front of the building looks great! It looks very nice how you have done the water fountains around the edges of the statue and also around the spaceship statue on the left hand side! It looks very nice how you have done the curved front courtyard with the hedge fencing and seat benches for sims to enjoy sitting on in the sunshine. Great layout of the build! It looks great how you have placed the rocket with the glass windows and structures around it! Very nice picture you have posted of the rocket up in the sky at night time! Great front entrance to the building! The large globe on the roof looks great! It is great that you have placed the large telescope in the back area of the build for sims to come to and use. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the building! It looks great how you have set up the room with all the computer desks where sims can sit at the desks and use the computers! The blue seating and the black pattern on the walls adds to the look and feel of the room.The map on the wall there looks great! Great kitchen area for sims to enjoy sitting and having a meal whilst at the venue. The rocket picture on the wall suits well the type of build! The blue, grey and red colour scheme of the room looks great! Great front counter area for sims to use the computer at the counter or sit resting on the seats there reading a book from the bookcase.
      It is a great designed creative build! :)
