How about letting our Sims become an ornithologist?! And/Or letting them collect birds in the different areas/worlds? I would love that!! It would be really nice to be able to collect more than 20 or so too!

I want a university expansion pack like Sims 3 where not just one life stage (YA) like in Sims 2 went but all lifestages from Teens turning into YA on up.

I would like a pack expansion or even game pack for education for the kids and teens could be private school where the head master come and visit your house. Boarding School, Homeschool. I also want teens and kids to have more to do than just have that one notebook they call homework. I personally want my teens to work on getting a scholarship for uni. Prom, Homecoming, Voting for who gets to be class pres. Also the smart kid gets picked to be the school's valedictorian.
Kids get awards like perfect attendance award. Student of the month, and etc.

    > Pets is also necessary. Just imagine having 10 horses, 44 dogs ad 53 cats. I would love to see farms with cows, chickens, pigs etc.

    Something like this?

    Farm Career

The farmer career is an active career that requires you to live and work on a farm. You can build your own farm and buy and sell animals and produce using the computer or farmers' market, which is on Wednesdays and Sundays in the town centre or park. The farmers' market sells all sorts of produce, from new livestock which the sim can buy and transfer to their farm, to milk and wool which anyone can buy.

Farmers must attend to their livestock everyday and ensure they are all well fed and happy. This can be done through 'checking' on individual animals or an entire herd. This will highlight any issues an animal has, so the farmer can sort it. A farmer must manage their farm efficiently and effectively to make it profitable. They can take a horse out and ride around the fields to check on livestock not on the farm lot, and take a dog for efficient herding.

A farm vet career is a sub-option of the vet career and they can be called out at any time of the day or night to help on a farm, whether it is delivering a new calf or lamb, to treating sick or elderly livestock. Farm diseases can spread quickly, so it is important to treat infected animals with speed and accuracy.

A farmer also has the option of growing crops in fields not on the farm lot. This requires a tractor or a horse for ploughing the fields. They must plough, plant and harvest fields with a variety of crops to choose from. These can then be eaten or sold at the farmers' market.

At a high level of the riding skill, farmers can teach others how to ride a horse. This creates the idea of a riding school, where sims run a farm for horses and have other sims pay them to teach them to ride. Ads can be sent out using the computer for a riding school and bookings received for unplayed sims to come to the riding school.

Sometimes, a school trip may come to the farm, and a farmer must teach the children about the animals and how the farm works.

    Livestock

Farmers have a range of livestock available to them. These livestock are not playable and do not appear as part of the household, so an unlimited number can be owned. Sims can name each one of their livestock if they so wish, and tag them with a personalised ear tag in case a thief attempts to steal them. Livestock comes in different colours depending on the animals, so they are all individual. The livestock would be genetically similar to the parents, so farmers can strategically breed desirable characteristics and create new breeds. It must be remembered that livestock don't live forever, and can die from old age, disease or for the meat. In these circumstances, they are removed from the care of a sim in the same way a sim death would appear. Livestock includes:

    • Chickens - farmers can collect eggs from the coops. They can also keep a rooster for breeding. Sims need to be careful not to collect eggs that contain chicks!

    • Sheep - farmers can move sheep around so that they can be on the farm lot, or in a separate field. They can be sheered and bred; a farmer may want to keep one or two rams, but they can be a bit of a handful. Sheep can only be moved from fields to farm lots and vice versa whilst contained in a herding pen.

    • Cows - cows can be milked in the milking sheds and can be moved from the farm lot to separate fields. Bulls can be kept for breeding. Cows can only be moved from fields to the farm lot and vice versa when contained in a herding pen.

    • Pigs - pigs can be kept in pigsties on the farm lot and can be bred to be sold.

    • Horses - draught horses such as shires and Suffolk punches, can be kept to pull ploughs and do other heavy farm work, although some farmers may choose tractors over horses. Horses can be bred and can also be ridden around farms. Other breeds of horse can also be kept in the stables and used for farm work, though heavy horses are the most efficient. There should be different sizes of horse, so the biggest such as shires are used for farm work, medium horses such as warmbloods and thoroughbreds can be used for riding, and small ponies such as Shetlands can be used for children who are learning to ride. Horses can also be put into separate fields when not being used.

    • Dogs - dogs can be trained to herd sheep and cows, though this may take a few tries. Sims and dogs can learn the herding skill where the sim teaches the dog whistle commands to herd livestock into pens for checking and moving around. Farmers now have the option to remove a dog from a playable household and let it become a full-time working farm dog. They live in kennels on the farm and can be trained to herd livestock.

    • Cats - farm cats can be owned to lower the rodent population on the farm lot. Sims now have the option for cats to be removed from playable households and become full-time farm cats. They choose their own place to live, whether it be in a barn, stable or pigsty, and will learn the hunting skill. Kittens may unexpectedly appear after a cat has returned from a wonder from the farm. Stray cats may also take up residence on the farm. Sims have the option to chase away farm cats to remove them from the farm. They then become strays again.

    • Llamas - as with the tradition of Sims, llamas should finally become part of the active game and be bred for their wool. Though sims should be careful with these or they could be spat on which causes a drastic change of mood.

Occasionally, youngstock that a farmer has bred get abandoned by their mothers, meaning the sim must take them into their house to care for them individually, bottle feeding and keeping them warm. It is rare, but in this event, a lamb or calf may take a particular liking to a sim and has the option to become part of the household as a pet.

    Build/Buy
Farm lots are bigger lots and off site fields are available to the farmer where they keep livestock. Each farm site and fields must be purchased, much like the restaurants and shops. Farmers can buy as many fields as they would like to expand their farm, but must remember that they must attend all of them.

Farm lots can have pigsties, chicken coops, barns, cow sheds, milking sheds and stables built on them. Kennels are also available for farm dogs.

A riding arena is another thing that can be built for a particularly horse mad family, possibly paving the way to a riding school rather than a farm.

Farmers can buy tractors to help in the fields. These are expensive, but are more efficient than horses. Alternatively, they can buy a manual plough for a draught horse which is cheap, but less efficient.

Farmers can buy a milking stool for manual milking, or an automatic milker.

    Skills
Farmers can learn new skills on the farm:

    • Riding skill - farmers can ride horses and must learn how to ride well. At a high level, they can teach others to ride, and can ride a horse whilst leading another one. This is particularly useful when teaching a child to ride. Sims can keep small ponies for toddlers and children. Toddlers can only be sat on them, but children can begin to learn to ride, which helps build the motor skill. Sims can learn to jump, do dressage and perform tricks with their horse. A riding arena can be built for sims who want to ride properly, rather than just around the farm.

    • Herding skill - farmers can learn to herd livestock with the aid of a dog so that they can transfer livestock from the farm lot to separate fields and vice versa. They will learn certain whistles and cues that the dog follows to herd them into a pen.

    • Crop skill (like the gardening skill) - farmers can learn how to effectively plant and grow crops. They will learn to plough well.

    • Sheering/Milking skills - sheering sheep is not easy, so a farmer must learn how to sheer a sheep properly. The start of this skill may result in some hilarious sheep and llama hair cuts. The milking skill for cows will also aid when manually milking, if an automatic milker can not be afforded.

Androids-options of building high enough relationship and quest to be able to date/marry one. Maybe different components to buy or build like a biological so you can have kids with them.

Hi, I have a few random ideas for future stuff/game/expansion packs. It's very long, but I think they would be great and well worth the read!

Stuff Pack Ideas(items): These are just random items I wish we had.
    Buy and Build-

    Bunk beds/Loft beds
    Tree Houses
    Trampolines
    Bikes and Trikes (toddlers)
    Separate stove tops and ovens
Turn Stairs (L and U Shaped) AND Curved Stair Cases (not spiral, but curved for mansions) *** Really need these
    Ceiling Fans
Shower Head (to make walk-in showers)
    Jacuzzi Tubs
Sports Equipment (Soccer balls, Baseballs, Basketballs, Baseball Diamond, Soccer Goal/Field, Ballet Bars, Gymnastics Equipment, Volleyball Net, Tennis Court, etc.,)
    Pool Rafts

    Clothing/Hair-

Long Hair for kids (straight, wavy, and curly)
Long Hair for toddlers (straight, wavy, and curly)
    Fohawk for toddlers
Long Pigtails for toddlers and kids
Long Ponytails (higher on the head) for kids
Man Bun for toddlers and children
Two Piece Bikini for toddlers and children

    Game Pack Idea:
Activities/Hobbies- (I realize we have the ability to join clubs, but I would like more of a detailed version of joining activities).

Kids and Teens can participate in a number of different after school and weekend activities. For example: Cheer, Dance, Gymnastics, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball/Softball, Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Swim & Dive Team, Art Club, Band, Choir, Cooking etc., They have practice times and competition/game schedules where they can win awards. Their are skills associated with each activity where they have to practice at home to hone their skills. This is where the sports equipment comes in I mentioned above. These activities can also grant them scholarships (if we ever get University or it can be treated as getting hired on at higher pay/higher level in careers once they grow up).

    Also include:
    - New Careers such as opening a dance/cheer/gymnastics studio or music/art studio where your adult sim gives lessons. Also, the ability to be a sports coach. Professional Dancers. Etc.,
    - New Life Stages such as early child and preteen. (Whether this would come with this pack or just in a separate pack entirely it doesn't matter, but the bottom line is we NEED more life stages to make the transition more realistic) -The Breakdown- Infants represent children ages 0-1, Toddlers we have now represent children ages 1-3, then add in a small child stage that represent ages 4-6, the children we have now represent ages 7-9, then add in a preteen stage that represent ages 10-12, then the rest of the stages. Maybe each stage could have height settings (short, average, and tall).
    - Small Child Life Stage can include fun things such as learning how to ride a tricycle, learning how to swim, and joining little league activities. These kids also learn how to read and write, possibly go to Preschool.
    - Preteen Life Stage can include being able to babysit siblings and neighborhood children, they get braces, have their first crushes, and awkward school dances. These kids can be very dramatic and emotional. They can go through awkward puberty phases as well.

New Worlds- (Beach and Snowy/Mountain) However, I would like it to be a live able world as well as a vacation world.

    - Beach world sims can live in or vacation to. (I'm thinking similar to Florida or Hawaii).
    - Swimming Beaches.
    - Boats, Jetski, Paddle Boarding.
    - Surfing, Scuba Diving.
    - Resorts.
    - New Careers: Resort/Hotel Owner, Marine Biologist, lifeguard (teens).

    - Mountain World sims can live in or vacation to. (similar to Colorado).
    - Snows heavily in Winter and Spring.
    - Resorts.
    - Rivers to white water raft in summer.
    - Horseback riding in Mountains.
    - Hiking in Mountains in summer/fall.
    - Camping.
    - Zipline.
    - Skiing, snowboarding, and sledding down mountains in winter and spring.
    - Ski Lifts.
    - Snow Mobiles.
    - Resorts/Lodges.
    - Summer Camps for kids where they learn archery, fencing, horseback riding, fishing, etc., (I think this would be cool!)
-New Careers: Resort/hotel owner, Ski Instructor, Summer Camp Owners and Counselors.

***Once again I would like these to be added as regular worlds instead of just vacation worlds, but just have the ability to build a resort/hotel so that your sims from other worlds can check into them as if they were going on vacation and visit just like any other world, because I would enjoy having people live in them.

    European Vacation Pack- (Self-Explanatory)
    Other World Vacations...

    Expansion Pack Ideas:
Education- (Instead of the regular university pack maybe focus on education as a whole).

    - Children/Teens can be enrolled into private or boarding school.
    - Teenagers graduate from high school and apply for colleges (University Experience).
    - New Careers: Education with 3 pathways (Administration, Teaching, or University Professor). School Counselor. Plus new careers available through the university (Engineering, Fashion Designer, etc.,).
    - Preschool (this would especially great if the small child life stage were added as mentioned earlier).
    - Junior High (this would especially great if the preteen life stage were added as mentioned earlier).

Vehicle/Automobile- (I realize this has been mentioned already, but I just want emphasize how cool this would be).

    - Cars, Bikes, Motorcycles, Planes, etc.,
    - Teens learn to drive.
    - New Careers: Mechanic, Car Salesman, Pilot (I saw this was somebody else's idea and I love it).

I also like the farming pack I see a lot of people mentioning!

Anyway that was extremely long, but those are some things I would really love to see come to the Sims 4. I believe these pack ideas would be very popular and enhance the game.

Thank you for the time to whoever read this!

    Happy Simming~

Would not mind a University pack with an education career/ profession. Or a cosplayer game pack with several characters from several games/ anime/ manga characters such as M Bison from Streetfighter, Chun Li, Bleach or Naruto or something similar. Or a growing up expansion with dances, school plays, more clubs for teens/ children and something like quilt making/ sewing/ more elder stuff and clothes.

    Farm Life Expansion

Would love for it to include:

-Horses and equestrian hobby with jumps and training - indoor and outdoor tracks - would love bigger lots for more room to ride/

-Animals with this pack - would love if they can include chickens and chicks (with eggs that can be used in cooking and eating)V
it would also be awesome if there could be cows- and usable milk.

    -Harvest: Corn. Cotton

-A farmers market would be nice to sell harvests

    -A sewing table

    -A tractor: to water crops

All and all I think it would be my favorite and awesome expansion to have a farming game pack. Thank you!

100% agree with all your ideas! I love the "life stages" or "gradual aging". I think that would add so much to the game. Btw cred to you for writing this! It's everything that I also want!! <<<<33

    Expansion pack ideas:
    ▶ 🌴 Expansion (beach)
    ▶ Werewolf Expansion pack
    ▶ Auto Mobile Expansion pack
▶ magic, fairies, wizards, monster, Expansion pack
    ▶ 🐎 Expansion pack/ 🚜 Farm Life Expansion
    pack
▶ Reality T.V Expansion pack / News/ Government Expansion pack
High school & College Expansion pack ( where you can actually go to the school with the sims; toddlers too)
▶ Adventure Expansion pack ( this pack will provide adventures or quests for sims that they can go on, alone or with a some one. Can add tasks, whims and many social interactions.. Event current events or ones that happen overtime..

A few suggestion for the sims 4 console game:
more interactions for the Butler; such as, telling to eat, take a bath, telling to go have a night out or few days off.. ( more interactions if someone can think of anything)
for the sims, more interactions on relationships. Interactions where they can talk about there date or partner.. Rant about them.. Fuss maybe.. Or just all out good things they have done in life with them. Some examples of other interactions; ask what time it is, talk about work, talk about restaurant business and progress, talk about children with other parents and marriage life.
A funeral Expansion pack for Sims 4. Since they do die, why not have a funeral for there loved ones. It can funeral related objects ad fashion. There could also be a part for working at a funeral home or morge. Own and run a funeral home like restaurants. I believe the coils go well with Halloween related things or events.

Hope you can agree to some of my ideas😜🙏

I think an expansion I’d like to see is a personal appearance pack... maybe something along the lines of a Sims 4: pamper pack? This would allow the introduction of barbers and salons where you could go to have nails painted etc. Also for the male characters it could introduce a grooming aspect where they could grow beards and choose to shave or style them, if this were ever to happen I’d like to see some items added like different quality razors or soaps that had different reactions to the sims (a cheap one would give them razor burn, an expensive one would give a nice clean finish that keeps the stubble away for a couple of days)

Lately I think about that idea a lot. I think it's can be something refresh that we have never seen before. I also think that it can feature body hair, and the ability to shave/was it in the beauty salon. Also, tattoos and piercings, and you can run a different kinds of salons - a beauty center, a barbershop and even tattoo shop!

I would love to see the automobile & the life stage. I have developed a expansion pack idea similar to the life stage, here it is:

The Sims 4 Growing Up Expansion Pack:

    1. A new town titled "Oakwood". Maybe a bigger town with more lots. Maybe lots of parks and lots of places which would attract children and teens. I don't have any current ideas. Maybe more larger homes. About 3 mansions at the very top (Like Sunset Valley in TS3) And neighbourhoods (about 4 homes per neighbourhood)

    2. More detailed life stages. Not a completely new life stage, but life stages more detailed. Some ideas I have include:

Toddler - Maybe a Daycare/Kindergarten you can actually go to with your Toddler. Like an active career in TS4 GTW.

Child - Similar to the idea above, but with school. They should do Elementary + Middle School. Maybe in the last 3 days of their childhood, a Semi-Life Stage (Pre-Teens maybe?) With moody children, more phases and stuff like that.

Teen - Go to High school with them. Add in a Dances, like Homecoming and Prom. Add in a Graduation event too.

    3. More things to do as children and teens. No current ideas.

Or running your own daycare like TS3

How about letting our Sims become an ornithologist?! And/Or letting them collect birds in the different areas/worlds? I would love that!! It would be really nice to be able to collect more than 20 or so too!

@Junebug6620 your idea is eally cute. Would work for a Hobbies pack! Like expanding the nature feature we had in SIms 2.

    The vikings

The opportunity to live like real Nordic vikings, where time goes 1000 year back in time.
Sims can live in 1 new world: Viken, (Norway)

They can travel with to ship. - Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, England,..

They can train up for battles and plunder treasures from people in the neighborhood or travel to another country and make a completely mess! Things like coins, livestock, thralls, treasures, spices, works of art, raw materials can be stolen.
Because of their skill at sea and violence, they often where in a position to take whatever they wanted.
If are get good warrior fighting skills, you can be the true warrior of your world your are living in. You can choose who will be your servant and they will travel with you when your feel for plundering or take over other lands. If you take over someones city, you will be able to decide if you wish the best for them or make them your slaves!

There are also new mythical creatures:
    - Northern gods

You can give sacrifice to the gods, and sometimes they appear. You can get help from the gods to cultivate soil, grow plants and vegetables, fight war or find love. Even get twins or triplets!

But be careful, if your relationship with them are bad, what you wish for can have opposite consequences..

If you wish for twins, a the goddess is not that happy about you, there are risk you become childless, and the only way to change that is to find the goddess herself next time you give a offering. You can try to beg or ask her to break the course when your relationship is better.

Another possibility is if you give a high offering, there are a chance you get one wish from the gods depends what you choose. If you have a course, can ask the gods to break it.

You can ask Loki to give you dark power, and then you have the power to trick, give others bad luck and destroy. You got the Flame power, and you can shoot with flames. You can also get the power of the wind, then you can teleport and hold people up in the sky so they will give you their money! You get the trait: trickster.

If you got the season pack, (Thor) with the hammer will be seen on the sky on his wagon, while there is thunder outside.

When they die, they go to Valhalla witch is paradise or heaven.
Now there is a real funeral, and other sims who knew you, will buried you with everything you need to live your afterlife.

If your sim was rich and owned a ship it would be filled with clothes, weapons, treasures and even with your animals or servants who lived they life to serve you.

    New skills:
*Trading Vikings can trade animals, textiles- silk, whole, food like: fish- grain - spices - honey. They can produce jewelry, textiles, sculptor or grow food they can trade.
*Shipbuilding art - you can build your own ships and take a trip to the nordic sea where you can places to trade things, occupy other villages or find islands where they can find collectibles (look up for citizens- they may not want you there ( there are higher risk if your sim got a repetition as a occupant or thief.
*Blacksmith - Sim can make jewelry, weapons, glass,..)
*Bow and arrow -You can train up to be a skilled archer, you can also use it in fights)
    *Sculptor art
*Warrior fighting, if you are on the highest skill, you can train younger kids and teenager to fight and self defense (if other vikings decide to robe your home a day..)
    *Skiing

They can build new norse figures in the dragon style on the woodcarving table.

I don't know if this would suit sims 4, because of the violence and the war and stuff... But it would be really cool if there was a pack just like that! Would be awesome to play as they would do in the Ice age, stoneage or viking age...I am tired of writing know.. xD

Their are skills associated with each activity where they have to practice at home to hone their skills. This is where the sports equipment comes in I mentioned above.

    Sims 4 Ideas:

    Babies:
-Like in sims 3, babies should be sims not just objects - there should be:
-Usable baby swings, carriers, strollers, baby baths, toy mats, etcan
-Breast feeding in rocking chairs, and more interactions

    Grocery Store:
-We should have grocery stores and playable recipes with milk, eggs, flour, and other items.

    Farming Expansion:
-We should have horses and objects like in sims 3 for farming, hay stacks, stalls, horse toys and accessories - and playable trails to ride horses on in a new expansion world. There should also be arenas like in sims 3 for horse racing, tricks, etc.
-We should have cows and usable milk
-We should have chickens, coops, and usable eggs.
-We should have barn, and farming accessories: A usable tractor.
-we should have new harvests, corn, cotton, wheat, etc.
-we should have a new hobby and craftables with sewing

I would love a pack (not sure which one it would be) that is basically an update of The Sims 3: Island Paradise pack for The Sims 4. The features would be:

    - New Town: (not sure what the name would be, Tropica Paradiso from above sounds good, though!)
    - New Skills: Scuba Diving, Surfing, Marine Biology, Snorkelling, Water Magic (mermaids only)
    - New Life States: Mermaid, Siren
    - New Creatures: Sharks, Fish, and other sea life

    Skills: Scuba Diving
In the new town, Sims have the option to go Scuba Diving in the deep ocean! Diving in the ocean will allow the Sim to get collectables (ex. shells, coral, etc.), build up their skill- allowing them to stay underwater longer and discover rarer collectables -, and have the possibility of discovering a secret mermaid island!

    Skills: Snorkelling
This skill is similar to Scuba Diving, but you can snorkel in shallower waters.

    Skills: Surfing
This skill is gained by owning a surfboard (you can buy them online or at stores) and clicking on them and selecting "Go Surfing".

    Skills: Marine Biology
This skill is accessed by joining the Marine Biologist career, a new career in this pack. It will allow you to identify sea life and collectables more efficiently.

    Skills: Water Magic
This skill is only accessible to Mermaids. Mermaid Sims can practice water magic and can eventually learn how to control water in many different ways.

    Life State: Mermaid
This life state is accessible from CAS and normal Sims can become Mermaids through the secret mermaid island! Features of them include the Water Magic skill, fully customizable tails (from color to fin shape to side fins and dorsal fins!), the new Hydration need that would replace Hygiene, an enhanced Singing ability, and a Siren Song.

    Life State: Siren
This life state is only accessible through a Mermaid getting bitten by a Siren (similar to Vampires). Sirens cannot change their fin shape or color (it's always black). Sirens also cannot use Water Magic, however they can use their Siren Song to lure normal Sims to them and make them forget everything if they listen to it for long enough. The only way for a Siren to become a Mermaid is to get kissed by a Mermaid.

The other sea life would be there for looks and collecting, but sharks have the chance of attacking normal Sims and Mermaids, meaning a possible new death. This is my first time actually thinking deeply about this, so there's most likely some things I overlooked. If so, please tell me!
  • A thought just occurred to me; have they ever done a Casino World expansion? Sims could visit a Vegas-style casino with slot machines, roulette, craps, blackjack, and poker. There could also be a bar/buffet table where sims could order food and drinks. Possible skills could include "Poker" or "Card Counting". Perhaps there could even be a new career path, Professional Poker Player.

They have done exactly that in TS3. It's called Lucky Palms and there's a casino lot with slot machines, poker, blackjack, and roulette and it includes the gambling skill. It's super OP you can get money really fast.

Hey, maybe possibility of renting part of a house for someone else for money, or making more complex investments (something like buying businesses that was possible in sims 3 would be nice start)?
