Elements Found!

Finally! XD Thanks to http://sims4.vg101.wiki/wiki/Collectibles I am now able to find elements.

Elements are found by sending metals and crystals in to the Geo Council! It would have taken me ages to figure this out, because I like to hold on to my collectibles XD and the sell price is worth less when sent to the Coucil.

For those weary of the link, It is just a wiki page detailing where to find collectibles in their respective locations.

Do you know what is up with the Elemental Display Rack? I thought my sim would be able to display the stuff he found. But I can't figure out a way to do that. Thanks for the video.

For the elemental display rack, you drag the elements from their inventory to the rack and they'll snap into the correct square on the grid.

ok nevermind, I guess I was trying it with things that weren't elements-if you drag something that is an element ,it goes right in. :-) thanks anyway.

I can't get it to work. I know I have elements but the elements only go on the floor not in the stand when I drag them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Oops! I did not have elements. I had mineral and gems. You need to send the minerals and gems to the Geo Council and then you will receive your elements in the mail a few days. They just pop right in.

I think that you have to have all the elements in your inventory in order to use the elemental display rack. I am still missing one and the rack does not work for me. I need Plumbobus which is rare.

I have a suggestion. If you catch a frog, you are also given an option to fry the legs of it. In real life, I'm vegetarian but I would like to see this in the game.

I've been putting them in one at a time. It will only hold one of each type.

I've only just found this out to. As for the elements you just drag them into the rack.

I am using a chemical analyzer and have so far discovered 2 elements. I bought the elementary display rack and tried to put my new element into the rack but it did not work. They would not go into the rack. Does the rack not work for elements discovered using the chemical analyzer?

Hello
New elements that are not from the base game won't fit into the rack.
Xenopetrium from GTW doesn't fit into the rack.
