with all this cheating what is the point of even playing? the microwave generation hates a challenge. LOL. carry on. ill leave.
I explained the reasoning for my request. I like to keep a personal sim to follow through all of the EP's as they come out. I make other families that I play legit.
Some people just like the housing aspect though and use the money cheat so they can design houses and share them with the community. It's not always about making things easier and I'm far from the "microwave generation" lol
Is there a cheat to add friends or make it deteriorate slower?

I need 8 friends for a promotion but all 5 of my friends died, lol.
Got it! For future reference. Also note you'll still have to introduce yourself before chat options are available, but their relationship status will be modified either way.

Don't forget the time controller:
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 1000 - is 1 Sim-time minute to 1 real-time minute.
The above is what I have seen floating around on the internet - but a 1:1 ratio is like really slow - an hour Sim-time will take an hour real-time.
So,
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 100
is 1 Sim-minute equating to 6 real-time seconds.
The in-game clock can take a bit of time to adjust and the days of the week may flick forward a few days - However, aging should not be affected until the clock settles. It doesn't affect what your Sim is doing, it just means the game balances time and then after 30 seconds or so of real-time, the game clock will proceed to move at the adjusted time.
Likewise,
clock._set_milliseconds_per_sim_second 200
takes 12 seconds for each Sim minute to pass.

I left this one out because so far when testing, it seemed to freeze up the clock entirely.
Is there a command to to change genetics in CAS? Like eye color n such. I tried the sims.modify_in_cas
Wondering if there is a further command.
thanks!!!
skilltypes are in two varieties, all that start with r stands for AdultMajor_skillname, the ones that start with l stand for Skill. I've just shortened them as much as possible. Anything shorter and the command will not execute.

Okay, here's a big one for you. Handymen do appear to be in the game after all. They aren't an actual NPC, but just random sims that will show up upon request and fix things. Works for maids and parties as well. This astronaut showed up to mop up my floors.
Commands are below the picture.
Use this command to enable it: Handyman:
soak.enable_soak_handyman_situation
soak.create_soak_handyman_situation

LOL Sounds like something my dad would say. He's not a gamer but he hates game cheats with a passion for some strange reason.
Thank you thank you thank you
To be fair, it is an exercise in self-control sometimes lol Some people get cheats, use them all the time, and get bored of the game.
I'm just glad to be able to contribute to the community, since cheats have always been a big part of the sims
Thank you thank you thank you

cas.fulleditmode might be what you need.

Hi, i try to key in stats.set_skill_level r_Programming 10, but my skill still level 1, am wrongly key in?
Hmm, looks like some of them won't work with just r_. Major_Programming works for me.
pregnancy.clear
pregnancy.roll
pregnancy.seed
I'm not sure how these work or even if they do. If I figure it out I'll post here.

i just enter like below with success.
stats.set_skill_level AdultMajor_Skillname 10
Yep that'll work evertime but just Major_ appears to work on the ~6 I tested.
Edit: I haven't seen any new interactions yet. It might be just so something you use when a sim has died/dying
