Ive already got started and the shell is shaping up well it will be a multi story home in order to leave some gardening space and play room.
1; can sim store items be used only youve not said yes or no ?
2; your house boat do you want it to be land tied or an actual moveable boat ?
reason why I ask the above is this will efect the lot size. As I will have to use 40-40 or bigger for the docking/port for the movable boat.

As for your questions I think I'll just make it easier on you by saying no to all three, I'm so grateful you'd offer to do that for me but there's really no need. I'm more than happy to do all that myself once I get the couple's house built (which will be my next DNA request ), so please don't go out of your way. I'm just super excited that you're making my wish a reality, I cannot wait to see how you turn my OCs into sims.
