Click on your username then Edit Profile then Signature Settings. Does it have a space to add a signature code or does it say "You don't have permission to use a signature"?
I use photobucket and beside the picture you want to add there are options to copy. click on the one that says IMG and go back to your profile on here and go to edit profile and go to signiture settings and paste what you copied in there and it should work.
Sometimes I also use Flicker because photobucket gives me crap sometimes.
1) You may not have earned permission to place a signature yet.
2) When you have earned you permissions, keep in mind the following from the Forum Rules for posting a signature.
Confine your signature to three lines or less. Keep the content of your post easy on the eyes and focused. Having a lengthy signature distracts and clutters the board.
Standard dimensions in for an image in a signature for this type of board is 100 height x 600 width (in pixels). As you can see several members are in violation with some way above the (h x w) suggested. Some members signature have actually broken threads with each post. Since people can't follow the guidelines on their own, I'm suggesting that there be restrictions placed on all signatures. (low priority)
ETA: You have way too many (*.gif) image links in your signature.
Hate to sound like a jerk but if you're trying to add 4 gifs I'm kind of glad it isn't working. People need to learn what's appropriate and sensible for the forum.

I agree. The gifs are cute but its just too much for a siggy. I think mine is a little big sometimes lol
