    Sims 3 lucky simolean casino and sun and fun collection codes don't work anymore

    When i received the codes, I accidentally entered them into origin when I was supposed to use it on thesims3.com. The codes were successfully redeemed on origin, but they don't show up in my sims 3 launcher and now when I try entering the codes on the sims3.com, it says that they have already been used. Does anyone know how I can get the items in my game now that I've entered them into Origin?

      Hi,

      You will need to contact EA Support to obtain new redemption codes for your Store content. Support agents are instructed to help out on these cases, and should give you new 16-digit codes for your items. Support can be reached via the following page:

      Before contacting Support, be sure to have at the ready the following pieces of information:

      - Game product
      - Game edition
      - Where the game was purchased
      - Items to be redeemed
