Death by woohoo only happened when you neglected your sims needs and continued to force them to woohoo. the sims 2 mostly because it was known to decrease hungry and energy while filling fun and social. so yes in the sims 2,if you woohoo'ed until they starved to death,they would die. otherwise,there is no such thing as *died because sims woohoo'ed to much* -_-

Sims will not woohoo when their needs are in the red, so what you're saying is not even possible.

As far as I'm aware, sims have never been able to die from woohooing. They could get killed by the Murphy beds in TS2 though...
