Items will not show up

I recently bought the dairy corral and the tractor. My launcher says they are downloaded, but they don't show up in gameplay! what could be going wrong?

Assuming you've installed them after downloading them (sorry to even bring it up, but you'd be surprised at how commonly that happens sometimes of where some, one downloads something and then doesn't check it and click on install afterwards), what sections are you looking in, in the buy category?
