So I won’t be following a course assignment for assignment, but I will be using different zoo U courses for this build.

I’m also using GreenCats CFE tutorials found here.
I am also using the remove stencil mode, and this guide by Joolster
as I'm using Nrass Debug Enabler, and already used it on the tower deco, it be fair to mention it, and Joolsters guide, to see the guide look here and a few more hight advice here.

What am I building?
Well the new home for my legacy family that they will live in when we move to Hidden Springs.
It will be an old mansion on the banks of the lake, slightly inspired by some difrent Nordic mansions and by Moonlight Hollow items, (hey I like them).
The mansion is supposed to look like it’s been modernized, but keeping some of the old feel… in other words it isn’t in historical time,
This lovely lady is my buildersim for this build.
Any constructive comments on what you like what I could do ideas posting excreta is very welcome.
Just be nice I’m not an experienced builder, not very good at it.
I’m also remodeling HS, if you want to help you can, I'm still missing a few public lots, many homes and sim families. I apriciat any help given.

A manor for my legacy family to move into. Several rooms have not been decorated, but kitchen and bathrooms all work. It costs 471 406 in game. It is a build for those that got it all, but You absolutely need the following sets: Now and then manor, the old mill, the green house and MH gold, rest might be esier to replace. See my blackcat build thread for pictures. No CC No CAP – custard scanned.

Basment:
This is the real basement, and will have Pascals nectar making and storage area.
In time it might get slightly expended down and to the site… but that will likely just be a part of game play if they need a vault for relics or so.
It extend from under the garage to under the main house.
The day basement level (normal ground level):
In the upper left corner is the stable, below that the room for the horse equitment (that mostly deco room), the little room in the middle will be a small bathroom with a shower, the room below the work shop (hench the need for a shower here for safty), under that the garage.
To the right is the day basement under the main house, this is where the kitchen was before, and there will still be a rustic kitchen(jam making and the like) + laundry and a bath.
I imagen this might be where I have a party/gameing room and or the gym room.
Between the garage and the old kitchen is an covered archway.
The main floor:
To the left: a room over the garage (suppose to be part of an old cartaker apartment)
From that is an other covered archway, leading to the new kitchen, created in an old salon (room to wait in for the doors to the dinning room to open), abow that is the dinning room, to 2 smaal rooms ther is the stair way to the basement and a toilet.
Then there is the hallway, where there will be 2 stairs up (using the now and then curved stairs).
To the right of that there is 3 difrent “living rooms” first is the regulare living room, and in the tower I make Josefine a music room, the last one will be part of a library. (havn’t put in all walls yet)
The first floor:
Beside the hall there will be 2 master bedrooms, for the heir and heirs parents, both of those will have ensuit bath.
Then there be a nursery for 3 cribs, the nursery will be 3 rooms, play room, sleeping room and bathroom.
There also be level 2 of the library, and then 1 or 2 other bedrooms and a bath.
Over abov the garage there is a small room (still part of the cartaker apartment)
Second floor:
Is only in the main house
Rooms and bathrooms.
Abow the tower is 1 more level, it will connect with a round stair.
I will keep the tower wall on all levels, it might get wall inside but I imagen the structure of the tower to need these boundery walls.

but as long as that covers the building, kitchen + bath rooms and basic bedrooms they can work for the rest... + the got a few gems I can sell if need be.
the cost right now is about 60 000

I imagen using the stair to get to the 2. level.... and maybe in the cartaker apartment + to get to the basment.
right now I gave my testersim (forgot her name I think it is Natasja) a sleeping back and an all in one bathroom in the drive way... when we start testing stairs she gets to adopt a cat...
she is lucky, as this is for my legacy and I want them to have the chelleng of updating suff... it be limited what she will update.... or decorate.... her job is mainly to keep costs down, and test if we can get places.
she will be updating fireplaces and stovs + the grow station.
and might get to make a cool street art in Louisas bedroom...

she is mostly a random sim... just tweeked her a bit...
the build will evolve a lot after the family move in, so when it is finished... it might not even have a gym (other than the room)
I be focusing on basic rooms, and rooms the curent sims like to use...
and thats, the horse, music, nectar + kitchen, art (only becouse Maria is still a child, but after she got the caroke thing she uses that all the time) and computters... though Ninette is atletic she is still a child, I might let her have a dance studio in the gym.
Olivia mostly play and Rebekka is just a toddler.

sure need to place the last roof deco and cast it... but
not sure about the roof on the extension out in the garden after the tower...but I guess it works... atleast there is a roof and no gabs
(just ignore the 2 walls of looking at doors and windows... when the house is done this is where the playground, greenhouse, and other garden things will be.)
and I worked on my ide for the wall covering....
think this light sand plaster is fine for it... but what do you guys think
and thank you to who ever learnt me to use debug from Nrass .. I think it was GC.... wish I could refind the guide... it got numbers for the table levels... any way with out that I hadn't got the tower top piece in place

think it will take me a month or more to creat...
but it will be very spacius... (I hate stomping sims)
I hope that when I'm done people will show me what htey did with it... like how they decorat rooms I might have left empty

happy the roof look good to others, then I won't fidle more with it (exsept adding the last deco and casting the deco)
I'm being inspired by danish manors... imagening it is an old Manor of HS... that now is in the town... but when it was a village in the woods it was sorounded by fields...
I think I keep the yellow color... but might change the stone color a bit... nt sure... sort of like it sticking out, like it is even older.
will need to work on windows and doors soon...

I keep speculating over the stir up to the cartaker apartment.. and to the second level of the apartment....

I know I want the new L shaped in the main house....
and I sort of like the idea of only using L shaped if posibel...
I'm not going to make 1 big over the porch... actually I might make the porch smaller... to make it fit a danish manor more in the look
wel got in 1 stair... and that in the old kitchen basment.. that wil just have to do.
Then buy your new letter box. The sim has to be living on the lot for the cheat to work.
