Annoyingly Charlotte has to stop cooking as Gus couldn’t be bother to feed Melinda, and we now have a crying baby on are hands.

Charlotte takes Melinda and Kit to the safety of the garden and waits for the fire brigade.
Once the fire is out and the fire brigade has left Charlotte yells at Gus over the fire and holds him responsible for what happened…
Charlotte learnt something today, Gus is not the most responsible and is pretty unreliable... she decides to end their relationship.
Knowing that they must remain friends for Melinda's sake, Charlotte offers out a friendly hug.
Gus now leaves to go to work.
A few hours pass and Charlotte wishes to invite Jared Frio over.
On arrival Charlotte notices Jared Frio is very tired so ask him if he would like to spend the night.
Answered with a kiss.
Charlotte now gets the urge to star gaze with Jared Frio

After the wedding, Elise and Liam decided to start trying for a baby. It doesn't take long till they get their wish!
Their first born, baby Lincoln has finally arrived.
And not long after that, they try again, as they don't want Lincoln to be an only child.
Lincoln the little red headed chap grows up into a gorgeous little boy. And Liam can't get enough of his son!
And Lincoln now has a little baby brother called Nelson.
Not going to have any more babies. Elise and Liam are going to concentrate on their two boys and Liam has enough of his hands working his way up the career ladder. I do love this family...shame I now have to stop playing as I need to go to bed as I have a course for work to go to

I don't have anything from my game. Hopefully I will later today. I've been working on my From Farm to Fame story, I was on a roll so I kept going... I haven't actually managed to finish an update yet but I have like 8 that are at least half done. I still hope to get an update out on Blake and fam today or tomorrow though. I'm working on a new sim currently, so it'll depend probably how long that takes me, and how I long I play with him after (It'll probably be a while. LOL, I might post him too though).

It's good to see Kyrie trying to get a fresh start in life as Maya, sucks that she's still suffering with how Jenny and especially Travis are towards her, but you can't blame them either it's hard to forget the past. Getting away from the town might be the best choice, but it's always hard to feel like that is the only choice.
Nik24X7-LOL, I send my "hates the outdoors" sims outside all the time, I always forget though. :oops: Darlene and Darren seem like a nice couple. They are moving pretty fast though, well hey sometimes you just know it's right, and I mean when they guy cooks for you and puts out fires on the first day... that is impressive, how do you say no?
rednenemon- Locke is just adorable. LOL, Mignon... typical cat... strange things that they are, he's completely adorable though. LOL, Locke and his IF doll... I've determined this is why IF's are kind of creepy the toddlers do abuse them a lot.

I have done something I have never done before in my years playing sims3. I had a sim grow into an elder on epic aging and didn't age them back down. I just started this family two weeks ago maybe not even and even on epic aging he managed to grow old. Here is a pic of my founder.
This is Daley Ng. I decided that since he grew into an elder I am going to let all the sims in this game grow old and die.

Just flying through to share a pic of two of the sons in my current baby challenge that I am quite taken with. Mica (in spiceberry) is the eldest and Flint is the second youngest of the six I have so far. There's another due when I next play. The boys are standing behind Mica's birthday cake. When he aged to YA he moved out. I got a pop-up that he had married and I am hoping he will start a family soon.
The fathers are Ian Somerhalder and Jensen Ackles. Mica has Ian's eyes and nose with Jensen's mouth and face shape. Flint has Jensen's features in Ian's face shape. Although I love all my sim kids, I do prefer when they are not clones and are good genetic blends. I am using Jensen as my main sim and will be changing out fathers every six kids. Ian has already left and Josh Holloway has joined the household.

The kind of story I planned on doing made it important to have only one Sim. I decided the female not only because she just looked better, but also I have plans that influenced my decision.
@Celiria Your Black Rose story is very, very good. I had to go read the first part of it through your link. I have to say, it made me cry. I felt kind of sorry, when I first came on here this morning, that I wouldn't be able to follow your story, because that last chapter sounded good but I don't have time for keeping up with stories. But now that I've read it from the beginning, I can't NOT follow it now. I think it's going to have to be the only longer one I will follow though. Other than that I'll have to limit myself to the ones that are mostly pictures or just short updates.
Btw, my oldest granddaughter's name is Aislyn, which also means "dream," and probably came from the same root word as Ashlynn.
@Nik I enjoyed Darren's romance story and pictures. He works fast, but hey, in this game, it's almost a necessity. When you find the right one for your sim, you have to grab them before someone else does. They are a good-looking couple, and their children will probably be cute.
@LunBeauty My current sim, Danielle, learned all the pool trick shots, when she was single and had time to go out a lot. When she got married, one of their wedding gifts was a pool table.
Good for James for being a faithful husband. I've seen that look when my married sims turn down dates. And I got a chuckle out of what the dog did as revenge for getting no screen time. A dog made a puddle next to my Danielle, while she was talking to Connor Frio in town, then rolled in it and shook it all over her. Hadley is cute too.
@simlish1 What house in Hidden Springs is that? I don't recognize it, but it looks like it's probably not one of the cheap starters.
Liam sure took advantage of Elise's broken heart. Rebound marriages in real life don't usually go well, but it seems it will probably work out OK for them.

Obviously I can't update regularly because I am currently revising for exams in May. However, I do have a few pictures as I have a new PC and started a new save (which I hope to try and keep for a long time)
Simself of course. Sent her to Uni to do Science, she got a C even though she did not pass any exams. Now she is back home and currently pregnant by a police officer named Javis (not a bad looking EA sim if I say so myself)

Javis after he was late to arrest a burglar (first ever burglar in Sims 3!)
Before I start posting about current events in my game, I'll give a little background and a few pictures.
My sim, Danielle, worked in the sports career, and made it to sports legend shortly before she aged up to adult. Soon after, she married a man I placed in the game specifically for that purpose, as none of the pre-made single guys that hit on her seemed very interested in actually being romantic with her, except Leighton Sekemoto, who I did NOT want her to marry, as I didn't want to raise 5 children for him, plus Sam. I chose Nathan straight from the bin, and changed only a few of his wardrobe items, and I think one of his traits, placed him in the game, and made sure he and Danielle met soon after. They did hit it off, and unlike the other guys in town, he returned romantic interactions for every one she directed at him. Only a couple days later, the "ask to move in" option came up, which just doesn't seem to happen in my games, at least not ever when I want it to. Since I wanted him to propose, I jumped at the chance, and a few days later, they were married.
Being a family-oriented guy, Nathan woke up wishing to have a child on his first day to return to work after their honeymoon leave. I had planned on moving Danielle into the Americana house when she had enough money, but there isn't much room in that house for a lot of extra things, like the pool table they got as a wedding gift, so I decided on the Condor Lofts Museum house instead, and bought an inheritance so they could move right away.
It wasn't long before their first child was on the way, and once that first daughter was born, even Danielle was wishing for more. Although I prefer small families, it seemed a shame to only use two of the 4 bedrooms in that house, so I decided to let them have more children. And, even though I had decided in the past, after finally achieving the surrounded by family wish, that I was never going to have a family with that many children again, guess what - they now have 5 children, 3 daughters, and 2 adopted sons. (Kind of ironic, isn't it, since I rejected Leighton because I didn't want a large family?)
Danielle wished to quit her job after the third daughter was born, so I let her. But that youngest daughter, Daisy, is in school now, and the boys were adopted at the child stage, so I plan on having her rejoin the sports career for a short time. But she is less than 2 sim weeks from aging up to elder, and I will have her retire at that time.
Nathan has less than a week to aging up to elder, and I look forward to him being able to retire from the business career. I've had him for a much shorter time than Danielle, and want him to have time to master his favorite skills. He loves the outdoors, and he's mastered gardening, but not the skill challenges, and he still has quite a ways to go to master fishing. He has never sold any of his produce. It's all gone into the refrigerator, but with a family of seven, Danielle is going to have to cook every meal, and with Nathan also using the produce as fish bait, I have a feeling they're going to be using it up a lot faster now.
Their oldest daughter, Rose, also loves the outdoors, and made a good dent in the fishing skill as a child, but has been too busy with school, chores, and siblings, to do much fishing after that first time. She has recently aged up to teen, and has already learned to drive, in only one session, without stressing either herself or her mother at all. That's a first in any of my games.
I'm trying to resist the temptation of boarding school. It's the only way I was able to raise 5 children in past games, but I would like to keep all of these kids home. With school being a rabbithole, and with after school classes and homework, the week days aren't too hard, but boy, the weekend is certainly a challenge. I like my families to do things together on Saturdays, and work on skills on Sundays, and just getting them all from one community lot to another, together, is a challenge. As a celebrity family, though I disallow paparazzi in this game with the Register mod, sometimes the family will arrive at their destination, and somebody will be missing. I'll find them back at the previous lot, having been asked for an autograph or a cell phone photo.

I originally made the back garage into a recreation room, for the wedding gift pool table, a chess table, and the workout equipment, and had a dominoes table upstairs in the study, but I got tired of the difficulty of managing showers with only 3 bathrooms, and no place to put another, so I put a basement under the house, and put all the recreation equipment down there, then built a bathroom in the former garage bay.
Here's the basement. Since there was extra room, I added a shuffleboard table and hot tub. The photo booth was a wedding gift. The kids like taking silly pictures together in it.
Here's the former garage with the new bathroom - more plumbing fixtures for Danielle to upgrade to self-cleaning! I have a feeling she's not going to get them all finished very long before she dies of old age!

On Gus’s arrival Charlotte greats him warmly.
Charlotte really has a hard time controlling herself around Gus and she wishes to woohoo.
Once finished Gus walks over to Melinda and they snuggle
Charlotte takes this opportunity to cook the new parents some lunch…
Annoyingly Charlotte has to stop cooking as Gus couldn’t be bother to feed Melinda, and we now have a crying baby on are hands.

Charlotte takes Melinda and Kit to the safety of the garden and waits for the fire brigade.
Once the fire is out and the fire brigade has left Charlotte yells at Gus over the fire and holds him responsible for what happened…
Charlotte learnt something today, Gus is not the most responsible and is pretty unreliable... she decides to end their relationship.
Knowing that they must remain friends for Melinda's sake, Charlotte offers out a friendly hug.
Gus now leaves to go to work.
A few hours pass and Charlotte wishes to invite Jared Frio over.
On arrival Charlotte notices Jared Frio is very tired so ask him if he would like to spend the night.
Answered with a kiss.
Charlotte now gets the urge to star gaze with Jared Frio

After the wedding, Elise and Liam decided to start trying for a baby. It doesn't take long till they get their wish!
Their first born, baby Lincoln has finally arrived.
And not long after that, they try again, as they don't want Lincoln to be an only child.
Lincoln the little red headed chap grows up into a gorgeous little boy. And Liam can't get enough of his son!
And Lincoln now has a little baby brother called Nelson.
Not going to have any more babies. Elise and Liam are going to concentrate on their two boys and Liam has enough of his hands working his way up the career ladder. I do love this family...shame I now have to stop playing as I need to go to bed as I have a course for work to go to

It's good to see Kyrie trying to get a fresh start in life as Maya, sucks that she's still suffering with how Jenny and especially Travis are towards her, but you can't blame them either it's hard to forget the past. This is a sim born in game to Precious Hope and her boyfriend who I thought reminded me of Robert Downey Jr. Not exact of course eyes too big etc., but I thought of him when I added the beard and hair lol.
I moved him out so don't remember his name.
This is his sister Felicia.
Another daughter of Precious Hope and Kristopher Her name is Hailey.

Just flying through to share a pic of two of the sons in my current baby challenge that I am quite taken with. Mica (in spiceberry) is the eldest and Flint is the second youngest of the six I have so far. There's another due when I next play. The boys are standing behind Mica's birthday cake. When he aged to YA he moved out. I got a pop-up that he had married and I am hoping he will start a family soon.
The fathers are Ian Somerhalder and Jensen Ackles. Mica has Ian's eyes and nose with Jensen's mouth and face shape. Flint has Jensen's features in Ian's face shape. Although I love all my sim kids, I do prefer when they are not clones and are good genetic blends. I am using Jensen as my main sim and will be changing out fathers every six kids. Ian has already left and Josh Holloway has joined the household.

The kind of story I planned on doing made it important to have only one Sim. I decided the female not only because she just looked better, but also I have plans that influenced my decision.
Btw, my oldest granddaughter's name is Aislyn, which also means "dream," and probably came from the same root word as Ashlynn.
@Nik I enjoyed Darren's romance story and pictures. He works fast, but hey, in this game, it's almost a necessity. When you find the right one for your sim, you have to grab them before someone else does. They are a good-looking couple, and their children will probably be cute.
@LunBeauty My current sim, Danielle, learned all the pool trick shots, when she was single and had time to go out a lot. When she got married, one of their wedding gifts was a pool table.
Good for James for being a faithful husband. I've seen that look when my married sims turn down dates. And I got a chuckle out of what the dog did as revenge for getting no screen time. A dog made a puddle next to my Danielle, while she was talking to Connor Frio in town, then rolled in it and shook it all over her. Hadley is cute too.
@simlish1 What house in Hidden Springs is that? I don't recognize it, but it looks like it's probably not one of the cheap starters.
Liam sure took advantage of Elise's broken heart. Rebound marriages in real life don't usually go well, but it seems it will probably work out OK for them.

Obviously I can't update regularly because I am currently revising for exams in May. However, I do have a few pictures as I have a new PC and started a new save (which I hope to try and keep for a long time)
Simself of course. Sent her to Uni to do Science, she got a C even though she did not pass any exams. Now she is back home and currently pregnant by a police officer named Javis (not a bad looking EA sim if I say so myself)

Javis after he was late to arrest a burglar (first ever burglar in Sims 3!)
I had the whole lower floor done and now it's gone.
My house "might" be done in 24 hours at the earliest.
My sim, Danielle, worked in the sports career, and made it to sports legend shortly before she aged up to adult. Soon after, she married a man I placed in the game specifically for that purpose, as none of the pre-made single guys that hit on her seemed very interested in actually being romantic with her, except Leighton Sekemoto, who I did NOT want her to marry, as I didn't want to raise 5 children for him, plus Sam. I chose Nathan straight from the bin, and changed only a few of his wardrobe items, and I think one of his traits, placed him in the game, and made sure he and Danielle met soon after. They did hit it off, and unlike the other guys in town, he returned romantic interactions for every one she directed at him. Only a couple days later, the "ask to move in" option came up, which just doesn't seem to happen in my games, at least not ever when I want it to. Since I wanted him to propose, I jumped at the chance, and a few days later, they were married.
Being a family-oriented guy, Nathan woke up wishing to have a child on his first day to return to work after their honeymoon leave. I had planned on moving Danielle into the Americana house when she had enough money, but there isn't much room in that house for a lot of extra things, like the pool table they got as a wedding gift, so I decided on the Condor Lofts Museum house instead, and bought an inheritance so they could move right away.
It wasn't long before their first child was on the way, and once that first daughter was born, even Danielle was wishing for more. Although I prefer small families, it seemed a shame to only use two of the 4 bedrooms in that house, so I decided to let them have more children. And, even though I had decided in the past, after finally achieving the surrounded by family wish, that I was never going to have a family with that many children again, guess what - they now have 5 children, 3 daughters, and 2 adopted sons. (Kind of ironic, isn't it, since I rejected Leighton because I didn't want a large family?)
Danielle wished to quit her job after the third daughter was born, so I let her. But that youngest daughter, Daisy, is in school now, and the boys were adopted at the child stage, so I plan on having her rejoin the sports career for a short time. But she is less than 2 sim weeks from aging up to elder, and I will have her retire at that time.
Nathan has less than a week to aging up to elder, and I look forward to him being able to retire from the business career. I've had him for a much shorter time than Danielle, and want him to have time to master his favorite skills. He loves the outdoors, and he's mastered gardening, but not the skill challenges, and he still has quite a ways to go to master fishing. He has never sold any of his produce. It's all gone into the refrigerator, but with a family of seven, Danielle is going to have to cook every meal, and with Nathan also using the produce as fish bait, I have a feeling they're going to be using it up a lot faster now.
Their oldest daughter, Rose, also loves the outdoors, and made a good dent in the fishing skill as a child, but has been too busy with school, chores, and siblings, to do much fishing after that first time. She has recently aged up to teen, and has already learned to drive, in only one session, without stressing either herself or her mother at all. That's a first in any of my games.
I'm trying to resist the temptation of boarding school. It's the only way I was able to raise 5 children in past games, but I would like to keep all of these kids home. With school being a rabbithole, and with after school classes and homework, the week days aren't too hard, but boy, the weekend is certainly a challenge. I like my families to do things together on Saturdays, and work on skills on Sundays, and just getting them all from one community lot to another, together, is a challenge. As a celebrity family, though I disallow paparazzi in this game with the Register mod, sometimes the family will arrive at their destination, and somebody will be missing. I'll find them back at the previous lot, having been asked for an autograph or a cell phone photo.
