Hiya and welcome to the Seeing Double Cycle 1; where all the models share something in common… they’re all twins! In this competition you will submit two models, either fraternal or identical twins and compete to be crowned the winner of Seeing Double!
This competition is wide open, focusing on all things from high fashion ads to sibling rivalry- you never know what you're going to get!
Seeing Double is an elimination competition and we will need at least 10 sets of twins to start. There will be 9 assignments plus a mock, so be prepared to be in this for the long haul!

Finale- Double Trouble (2 Part assignment)
Part 1- Recreate a family photograph
For the finale, you will be submitting two photos, the first is a recreation of a family photo. See examples.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoy this photo, Tay, this is exactly what I was looking for, it’s perfect. Very well done! Your shadow work is superb, and the posing in these photos is adorable, it really shows the connection between the twins, how they’re best friends. I only have one extremely minor complaint… why isn’t the mom freckled in the second photo? You’d think you’d be able to see the freckles, even from a bit of distance? Anyways, beautiful photo, this is perfect!

Wowza, Tay! You’ve gone above and beyond for this GAP ad! The girls are gorgeous, your skin shading is perfection, and again, great shadows! How do you do your shadows so well? Seriously, you gotta let us in on that trick! Jamiee and Juliet’s styling is great for a GAP ad and your typography is on point. No complaints! Thank you for being in Seeing Double and congrats on the win!

I absolutely adore this photo, Vid, amazingly done! This photo tells such a nice story and the twins family look so happy, it’s a job well done! One thing you should watch is the brightness of your photos, this was a little bright on your sims skin, and in the bottom photo, the hats look a little fake, you probably could’ve improved that more. Overall this is a lovely photo!

Where I really liked your first photo, your GAP ad falls short for me. I’m not quite a fan of the color scheme, it’s very harsh and unprofessional looking, I can’t see the gap having an advertisement like that. Your quality has gone down in this photo, it’s very grainy… I don’t know what happened here, it’s just not up to par with your usual standard of photos. That said, the posing of Alex and Alan is super cute and I like the matching beanies. Thank you, Vid, for being a part of Seeing Double!

This is a lovely photo, Vi! The colors are gorgeous, from the ginger hair to the lush green backdrop. I really like the positioning of the prizes, but the lighting is very harsh, causing a glow around them, and a general over brightness, especially on Liam and Lara’s faces, though not so much their parents- the difference is stark. The concept of the photo is very unique though, I love how the equestrian theme is reoccuring. I would’ve liked the bottom photo closer cut though, so there faces are clearer, and I’d have liked to have seen the parents faces more. Also, why is Liam’s horse different? This is a wonderful photo, but it’s what I expected, I wished you’d have stepped up your game just a little bit.

Ooh I never knew of Liam’s sexy tattoo, it suits him, and more importantly it fits this ad. Though Lara is okay looking in this photo, Liam really sells it. He is fashionable, he sells the jeans nicely and his posing is superb, great job on him! Lara on the other hand underwhelmed me, her eye contact is spicy… but otherwise, she doesn’t pop beside her twin, the pose isn’t anything special next to Liam’s over-the-shoulder-smolder. I would’ve put her in the light wash jeans to give her a little more interest. One more thing is your shoe choice for Liam, they glitch though his jeans. Otherwise, this is a nice looking photo, Vi. I like the typography and the placement of the logo is great. Nice job and thank you for being in Seeing Double!

I was about do a comp like this. Well a theme cycle for a comp anyway. I also been searching the boards for a different high fashion sort of comp too. It's too perfect! Freaky almost. :shock:

If I'm still in the competition in a few weeks, will it be alright for you to send me the assignment early, I'm going to be out of town (heading to Paris for a school trip) And will be gone between the 4th and 12th of April. I just need to know so I won't have to drop if that's not possible. :-)
