Thank you! I love the way the light looks at the time. I've been trying to also include a picture during normal hours as it makes it slightly harder to gauge exterior color, but I just love how the worlds look then so much.

Thank you, the french cafe was absolutely my favorite EA lot so I really wanted to do it justice when I gave it a makeover, and I am happy with how it turned out. Whenever my writer sim needed a change of pace I would send her to Champs to hang around for a few days. It's so lovely to visit it now, I need to finish a few other makeovers in that little town. I love the moroccan too, I reused it as a starting point for my resort for Egypt.

Your live/work artist loft WIP is looking great! :) It has a great industrial feel to it. It looks very nice how you have done the bedroom loft area! Great texture that you have used for the walls of the home. The Bridgeport picture on the wall at the back of the bed looks great and suits the theme of your build well. The type of lamps that you have placed on the bedside tables look great, and it looks great that you have angled them towards the bed. Nice type of curtains that you have used. The pt plants in front of the windows are nice touches. It looks great how you have done the clothes rack/shoes rack/mannequin section! Great placement of the items!
The kitchen and dining area looks great ! Great type of dining seats that you have used. The floor mat that you have placed under the table looks great. Great layout of how the loft area is over the kitchen area.
Both options for your home, of either keeping it for one or 2 sims to live there or providing for more sims to live there sounds great.
Your plans for the areas of the build sound great. I will look forward to seeing updates of your build. :)

The new larger version of the loft with the 2 bedroom areas looks great! Great furnishing of the bed areas. It looks great how you are doing the lower floor studio area. The sketches on the walls look great here.

Hey Hollow :D Yeah I had been meaning to do WA lots for ages, I thought the cafes were a good place to start but it will likely be a while yet before I do anymore.

I feel the same way about Steampunk lots, yours are way better than what I could come up with. The one sort of steampunk house I did was for your contest/post.

Thank you so much Yanti, I'm so pleased that it captured the look I was hoping for.

Thanks everyone who has dropped in, I appreciate it so much.

It's uploaded now, I prefer the original red but it does work well as an off campus house with 2 roomies.

The 2 versions of live Work Share loft are great. :) It looks great how you have placed the pictures on the walls through the home. Great layout of the various area of the home! It looks great how you have done the different levels of the build. The steps down/up from one area to another are great. Great furnishing of the bed areas. It looks great how you have set up the arts areas. Great photography area where you have placed the hand sculpture. It is great that you have placed the inventing table and sculpting station either side of this photography area for sims to create items on. It looks great how you have done the study corner nook for sims to use the laptop at. The 3 rows of hanging photos there look great. It looks great how you have done the living room/sitting area , for sims to relax on the seats there and watch tv or have a read of a book. It looks great how you have placed the bookcases either side of the tv. Great floor mat that you have placed there. The nearby simbot looks great here, fitting with the art/inventing theme of the build. Great corner nooks for sims to do painting and drafting. Great design of the kitchen. The type of dining seats that you have used suit the build and it looks great how you have used different colours to recolour them. The serviettes on the table look great. Great designing and furnishing of the areas of the home! The exterior of the builds looks great. Great type of windows that you have used.
Both versions of the loft home look great :)

Hiya Jessa. I just absolutely adore your new studio lofts. Both of them are great but I really like the red. All of the artwork and the way you have it decorated is so awesome. Got both rec'd and fav'd ;)

Such lovely builds, Jessa. I had them all rec'd before, but it is so nice to see them collected together here and to remind myself of all the wonderful details :D
You can still find me on my old My page (http://mypage.thesims3.com/mypage/GreenCats), and see more of my game-play pictures and CC-free uploads at gcsims.com

Thank you Nini, I'm very happy with how it turned out. I like the red version better, the way the art stands off of it. It just didn't look right in the Uni area, as the buildings there are greys and muted browns.

Thank you Greencats, that's so sweet of you to say and I'm glad you stopped by.

What a great urban home! :D I love the decor inside! Great job with the decorating! It does look a creative house for artists! The open plan and that loft area works really well! Recommended.

Hunt on a 10x15 lot, sleeps 1-2. No Store items used.

The inspiration for this lot was Greencats, (thank you) I was testing out putting a fridge behind an arch while trying to come up with an idea for another attempt at a tiny loft but I build this hut instead.
