Each of the sims in the household are very nice! The outfits that they are wearing look so very nice! The orange colour scheme of Tamika's clothing and the yellow and blue colour scheme of Shontay's outfits looks so very nice! Very nice type of clothing for each of the categories for each of the sims.

Home Sweet Home is a very nice home! The exterior design and layout of the home is very nice! Very nice fish pond! The flowers and plants look nice around the edges of the pond. It is nice that you have a fishing deck there. Sims will have fun playing horseshoes. The rainbow in the sky in one of the outdoors pictures looks very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The green, yellow and blue colour schemes of the bedrooms look so nice! The green coloured master bedroom looks so pretty! The type of and placement of the curtains that you have used there looks very nice! Very nice design of the kitchen! The kitchen wall tiling looks nice, and it looks nice how you have placed the kitchen wall cabinets there. Nice island bar stool counter for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. The cookies jar and fruit bowl on the bar stool counter, the hanging pans and the tea pot clock on the side wall are nice homely touches there. Very nice dining table areas in the home. The sunroom is a very nice place for sims to enjoy sitting at the table or on the sofas with the sunshine coming in onto them through the windows. The plants are nice tiouches of nature in the room.

I put the house up right as RL life decided to rear it's head! LOL I had decided about a year ago I wanted to build our house cause the boys are moving on and I'm thinking I want a smaller house and so I did but I never got around to doing the pics, a year later...it's here. Simmified as close as possible. Like the barn and pond are not quite that close and the horseshoes is actually target practice and there is a huge ditch between the front hill and the road. And TS3 does not have my trees but it's as close as I could get it.
It is very special that you created a simversion of your real life home. It would be a very nice and special home for you to enjoy having in your game and to have your sims living in. Your real life home would be very nice!

For the lot size, I guess keeping the 60x60 and adding levels sounds like the best solution.
I love the second interior-picture with the large pink couch ♥ ! And for the teal, please choose whatever you think fits best, I'm very OK with bluesh and greenish versions.
I really LOVE the Viva Las Vegas set but it's kind of hard to get away from the red, black and white color scheme of the set. So I thought maybe add the second floor to the other side and put a wedding area with the VLV set and a honeymoon suite. Then the change in color scheme hopefully won't be so obvious.
Sounds super awesome! I was afraid there wouldn't be a proper place for the set, you do not HAVE to use it after all. It just would be nice (for I could never really found an appropriate place for it, though still find it is sort of interesting).

@Heledriel, this is what I have going on, on the patio. As always it may or may not be finished. I can change my mind on a whim sometimes! Just at a glance I can tell in this pic I forgot to recolor the diving boards. And depending on what the simmies say I think the hot tub needs something. This is your request and I very much want you to like it so you may veto my whims by saying you want nothing to change or make any suggestions on something you would like different. Or you can just go with my whims!
You had mentioned a professional bar in the dining area. I have the professional bar in the stage/party area, regular bars in the catwalk seating area and the wedding area and the poolside bar on the patio. But in the dining area I did a section with tasteable wine/nectar, will that be acceptable? I was going with the Wine and Dine thing.

The Lucky Simeleon Casino (redux) is very nice! Very nice furnishing of both the outdoors and indoors areas! The pool area is very nice! Very nice pool patio area! The shape of the pool looks nice. The water fountain looks nice on the side of the pool for sims to enjoy seeing whilst having fun swimming there. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the pool bar whilst in the water, or enjoy rekaxing on the loungers in the sunshine. Very nice pergola areas on the patio! Sims will enjoy using the bubble machine. Nice sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting on the seats around the table chatting. Very nice hot tub nook! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub in the sunshine. Very nice layout of the interior of the venue! The blue/green, pink and white colour scheme of the interior looks nice. Very nice indoors pool with the water fountains in it! The windows that you have used in the venue look very nice. The casino machine games section looks great! It looks very nice how you have placed the games machines on the edges of the walls and back to back in the middle area! . Sims will have fun playing on the casino game tables. The pink sofas look very nice how you have placed them with the plants in the middle of the sofa section ! Very nice music stage area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table on the stools watching bands perform on the stage. The stars are a nice touch on the wall. Nice bar counter area for sims to enjoy getting a drink from the bar to have whilst watching the musical performance. Sims will have fun playing foosball. The pink and white colour scheme of the wedding areas of the casino looks very nice! Very nice wedding ceremony area! The pink curtains look nice behind the wedding arch. It looks nice how you have set up the pink seats there for wedding guests to sit on and enjoy watching the wedding. The pink floor rug gives a nice look to the area. The rooms in this section of the casino look so pretty! The wall pattern is very nice! The triangular tub area in the bathroom looks so nice! Very nice dining area for sims to enjoy eating meals prepared in the bistro oven, or on the Japanese grill or enjoy having a drink or snack from the bistro oven.

I had given up on inflatables on the Pool Patio cause my simmies kept stealing them every time they went there but now I see from the overhead shots that they stole the Bass out of the Piano Lounge too! What kind of simmies am I raising! LOL
Wow it is absolutely marvellous! Much more than I hoped for, you used the colour-scheme so lovely. You thought of absolutely everything (even got a massage table!), the dining and entertainment area look super amazing and the wedding rooms, I don't even have words for, awesome just picture-perfect.
I'm pretty excited to egt home and see it for myself.
