Curtis Paradis's SkyPod Home Problem

Okay so I've moved my family into Curtis Paradis home called the SkyPod. But there's is a problem. My sims are on the bottom fllor. But whenever I try to make them interact with the objects upstairs, my sims are like "Hey I can't walk anywhere!" There is room to walk, and there are the tubes that they can use, but they don't automatically use them. But when I click on the tubes and tell them to go upstairs, they do it without any problems. WTH??? Anyone else have this problemo?

Hi, you will need to delete the tubes and place new ones. Once you have done that, your Sims can automatically go upstairs again. This needs to be done with every lot you download. Hope this helps. :-)
