'Unkown error occured on mac'

everytime i try to play my game it comes up with unknown error occurred, this is really annoying because ive just bought all of the games and expansion packs and it won't let me play them now! (yes they are mac compatible)

does anyone have any solutions would be a brilliant help please!!!!
