♫♬♪♫ La-La-WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Thank you very very much Hollowness!! I've been wanting something exactly like this for a 20x20. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHA.

Also, really want to use your theater but still can't decide where to put it... it's obviously a bar type thing, but er it takes up the library lot. But now I could switch things around and let your 20x20 be the library. Any maybe turn that park opposite the school, into an outdoor art museum... hmm... anyway, THANKS SO MUCH!!

Yeah my theater is on an odd shape lot cause I replaced a rabbit hole (when I get AS I plan to use that rabbit hole which looks much smaller so will be easier to place). I was going to do it on a normal size lot but the existing stone work out front wasn't easy even to expand it would have driven me nuts :P

I plan to do a decrepit Rococo style lot (to look like an old church I think) on a 15x20 lot for a vampire lair (either a supernatural hangout or residence) after I finish my current (Hostel/low income apartments 15x20 a more wooden steampunk whimsical theme, think Final Fantasy 9 Lindblum) and my apprentice apartments (20x20 not sure on the narrowed theme yet).

And oh man when Uni comes out expect a high end Rococo/Victorian tea house!

Oh and not to mention on the backburder since I first got MV my redo of the Library

    screenshot_original.jpg

I think I may make it more rococo (or more like my Inner City Estates but as a community lot) now I have the set but I am just busy bee-ing it I have so my I want to do and updating multiple lots as ideas come to mind, keep an eye on my steampunk showcase I try to update and ask for opinions on builds ;D

    Inner City Hostel
    roof_up_original.jpg

    Theme: Steampunk, Whimsical
    Type: Residential
    Lot Size: 20 x 15
    Unfurnished: Approx. $0
    Furnished: Approx. $7,100
Recommended Lot Placement: 18 Regalia Court, 2 Regalia Court, 6 Regalia Court or 11 Regalia Court
For Recommended Traits: Athletic, Bookworm, Gatherer, Green Thumb, Kleptomaniac, Loves the Outdoors

Notes: I personally made this for collector professions, alchemists and criminals. Many public room makers/
hidden room makers to make this affordable. This lot does have spawners but it was in game produced not
my placement, so I left it. Does have an alchemy room with a hidden bookshelf door (there is a glitch where
you have to delete and replace the door once the lot is placed).

I finally finished my elixir shop for MV, took me long enough! lol

    Apothecary della Strega

    http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7039555

    ApothecarydellStregacoverphoto.png
    Apothecarydellastregaoverheadshots.png

This charming shop of curiositys and hedgewitch cures and concoctions fits in justperfectly with Monte Vista. Some of the features of the shop are : Alchemy station : Sarchophogus : Bonehilda coffin : Crystal ball fortune telling : Various shelves of Marvelous tomes to fill your mystical knowledge : A rare plant beast : Herbs for you cooking or otherwise : An iron cauldron that bubbles neither toil nor trouble : Bubbles from another mother : and all sorts of bric a brac for the practicing Strega.

Be aware this lot is stuffed with store gear , no cc though. It also include three registers , books , elixirs and consignment.
