THE OLD MILL

Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a good size for a small family. An Old Mill built over the millpond. This one on a 40 x 40 lot no reason not to place it on a larger lot and build a Farm around it, the choice is yours

The millpond runs through the building

A cool open plan ground floor overlooking the pond

A no fuss rustic look kitchen and brekkie nook

Tasteful Master bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom

Wow! Fantastic designing! :)Excellent work to have the mill over the top of the mill pond, and everything you have done really fits the Old mill theme so well.Great use of materials. I like the open plan ground floor with bview of the pond. Very artistically planned and created lot

Thanks Rose, Isn't The Sims fun, I mean fancy living with a pond running through your home, like......mosquitos, frog noise etc etc, rising damp lol but in our fantasy land we can go for broke, just love it. Your kind comments are greatly appreciated.

So glad you enjoyed the works, those that aren't on The Exchange are ones that wont go up. For some reason I have been having great trouble getting my lots to upload to The Exchange some do, some don't, some do and then don't upload correctly, grrrhh At least by showcasing them through here, they can be seen and those that want them have the chance to get them via Mediafire. Here is my latest build

CABARITA

Cabarita is a mODern build with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. It will house a small family comfortably. The inside decor is a bit special with some interesting colour schemes and ideas. A Games room offers lots of fun for your Sims and the outside is tastefully landscaped with a pool, Spa and BBQ area. Enjoy it won't you. :-)

Great build

The pool/spa/bbq area looks a great place for Sims to spend time outdoors, with the nice row of plants nearby. I like all the long windows you've used. The plants at the entrance look great and of course the interiors are done very nicely too! A family would really enjoy living here

Many thanks to everyone who has visited and commented on my thread, it is lovely to read your comments and have your interest in my builds. I am a self confessed Buildaholic, sticking with fairly simple builds, not too big, as I am a mature age lady (lol) and get lost in some of the magnificent mansions created by clever others, let alone be able to put them together. (OR for that matter for my poor hard working Computer to handle them).. Some upgrades will have to happen when my budget allows. Catch you all again soon, WATCH THIS SPACE............

Another home for Torcroft Island, very pretty inside this one with it's mauve interior.

Overlook House

Located on the highest point of Torcroft Island and being the original owner's home, Overlook House is very grand inside, no expense spared on luxurious decor, but still in keeping with the simple charm of this lovely Island.
It has been reworked for the Island and named Torcroft House by Kaztomp, below is my own version.

Really EXCELLENT work! I loved every build (and your Weather Witch) but my very favorite is Overlook House.

The architecture of Overlook House as well as the charming landscaping and interior decoration makes it such an adorable build, and very realistic, too.

I also really like the very first beach house, it is ideal for Sunlit Tides!

You have got some lovely builds in your studio.
