Problems with sims supernatural and sims world adventure

Since downloading sims supernatural, I've been having problems with getting to the worlds in sims worlds adventure. I can get to the worlds, but my sims (in this case a fairy), wouldn't show up in the world - not even over on the left side of my screen. I have all the new patches, so that isn't the problem.

Do you use mods ? i had this problem but once i deleted mods it was fine.

    Hi Crinrict

Can you place this info in your thread? It will help a lot of folks speeding up their PC without hardware modification.

I bought all of TS3 expansions and accessories and my friend has most of it too. We both have the same problem - after installing University Life our game keeps crashing. Sometimes after 10 (!) minutes of game, sometimes it does not occur. We DO NOT use any mods or unofficial items. We also know that TS3 is one of the most bugged games (I have a lot of games so I know) but can you please finally give an update that will fix at least this crash? We are paying for playing not for restarting the game over and over...

(Did I write it in the wrong place?)

Btw. we have Intel Core i7, 2GB graphics and 6GB RAM, so I don't think that our machines are too weak to handle the game.

(And in the background there are only necessary programs, so I don't think it is the case. Before University Life it hardly occured.)

Hi, I am one of the many new tech savy people to join the forum I know I don't know everything but I decided to do research on video card terminology and thought I would post common video card terms in a way that non tech savy people can understand them. I started this to help them determine if their computers video card can be upgraded and help educate people on the video card terminology whether it is a stand along card or a chipset on the motherboard. Later on in the same thread I am going to break down what each of the names of programs are and match the correct names to each video card either NVidia and Radeon. I am hoping that after reading my thread they can understand more things about what video card or chipset to get when they buy or upgrade a computer whether desktop or laptop.

Here is the forum I am going to use put techy terms up and explain them in clear cut manner.

Can you please add the link to your list.
    Thanks,

Hey, I don't know if this counts as 'necromancing' a forum but I just wanted to say thanks for all the links. If I ever have another technical problem I'll be sure to check here first! Thank you for the help! (:

Hi crinrict,I've got a thread here with some valuable research being done to verify that the new patch broke my game like it did to others and caused our old games to get glitched.I saw that a a likely reason why EA's SP was glitched on me and wouldn't turn off in my old game like it does in the new games I've started recently.

I can give a link to the thread with more details about this problem and I'm desperate for answer to this issue because it's ruining the game for me and has ruined games other were playing before patching.
    STORY PROGRESSION BROKEN
I posted in the thread I linked that I found my old game saves were glitched by the patch and I started a new game from one I tried to start after I patched and the glitching didn't show up and it seems that I'll have to work with manual story progression because I've got EA's SP disaster turned off.Taking the faulty game saves out seems to have cleared the glitch where EA's SP control didn't work and SP was on.I actually find having to do story progression manually works better with how I play.
