1. I've purchased and downloaded an item from The Sims 3 Store, but I can't see it in my game.
Items from The Sims 3 Store are automatically added to your Downloads tab in your Launcher. To see the item in your game, it must be installed. To do this, select the item and click "Install".
2. I'm having problems with the items I've purchased in my game. Who can I contact?
